Custom development services: 50% advance is non-refundable once work begins. Full refund only if we cannot deliver agreed scope.
Upon full payment, clients own the final website code. Toorexa retains the right to showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
These Terms are governed by laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
